Refund Policy
Due to the irrevertible nature of digital services and instant-download content, Chinaboundtravel operates a strict NO REFUND policy.
Once the subscription pass is activated or any digital asset is downloaded, the computing resources and service are deemed fully delivered.
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you accidentally purchase the wrong product or experience technical issues preventing access, please contact support@chinaboundtravel.com within 24 hours of purchase for assistance.
Subscription Billing
- Monthly plans renew on the same date each month. Cancel anytime via the link in your account email.
- Annual plans renew once per year at the then-current rate. We’ll send a reminder 7 days before renewal.
- To cancel before renewal, email support@chinaboundtravel.com with your order number.
Dispute & Chargeback Policy
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank after receiving access to digital content constitutes a violation of our terms of service. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts associated with unjustified disputes.
